Desktop Manager

This utility allows you to hide the red border during Skype or Skype for Business screen sharing.
Updated to support new Skype 8.

Disable Red Border on Skype Screen Sharing

When you share your screen with Skype, the red border appears around it, causing problems like:

  • Inability to use AeroSnap and Hot Corners in Windows 7 / 8
  • Difficulties with map scrolling in games like Dota 2, League Of Legends, StarCraft 2 and etc.
This utility indicates the fact of the screensharing using a tray icon instead of this annoying border.

Updated for Skype 8!

Desktop Manager version 2.9 now supports desktop version of Skype 8.
If you have already updated to Skype 8 - make sure to download new version of Desktop Manager from this website.
You can check Desktop Manager version by clicking monitor icon in program's main window.
